    Property and investment management, financing, consulting. This is where the yield is made and where the four-stage mandate sits. The other three divisions exist to lead here.

    HPM is the only division a client has a contract with. It carries a client through strategy, financing, acquisition and long-term management: four stages of one mandate, not four separate services.

    Herite Yacht Club

    Investors get to know each other better on the water than in a meeting room. The club is where clients pass deals to one another, and ask the questions they would not raise in a meeting.

    Membership isn't for sale: it follows from being an HPM client. Gatherings are informal and agenda-free; any deals that come out of them are a by-product, not the point.

    A small group of portfolio owners. No agenda, no presentation, nothing being sold. Relationships rather than contracts, and the deals that come out of them in passing.

    The smallest and most closed of the four divisions. Members are invited personally, on the strength of a long-standing relationship, not portfolio size.
