1. Introductory Provisions

This privacy policy explains how Herite Holding, Politických vězňů 5, 110 00 Prague 1, (hereinafter "Company") handles personal data of clients, website users and business partners in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

3. Personal Data Processed

We process the following data in particular:

• identification and contact data (name, surname, email, phone)
• billing and payment data
• data about services you use
• technical data when visiting the website (IP address, cookies, logs)

4. Purposes of Processing

Personal data is used mainly for the following purposes:

• providing agreed services
• fulfilling contractual and legal obligations
• accounting and tax obligations
• sending commercial communications and newsletters (if consent is given)
• protection of rights and legitimate interests of the Company

Processing is based on:

• contract performance
• legal obligations
• legitimate interest (e.g. direct marketing)

6. Retention Period

• we retain data during the contractual relationship and further according to legal deadlines (e.g. accounting documents 10 years)
• data processed based on consent until its withdrawal

7. Data Transfer to Third Parties

In the course of providing our services, we cooperate exclusively with OVB Allfinanz, a.s., ID: 48040410, with its registered office at Prague 4 - Chodov, V Parku 2343/24, in the area of financing.

If a client expresses interest in arranging a financial product (e.g. mortgage, loan, investment or insurance), we provide OVB Allfinanz, a.s. with personal data necessary for processing the inquiry and arranging the corresponding product. Specifically, this may include in particular:

• identification data (name, surname, date of birth);
• contact data (phone number, email, address);
• data about the property concerned by the financing;
• other data necessary for the assessment and arrangement of the financial product.

The legal basis for the transfer of data is the performance of a contract or the taking of steps prior to entering into a contract at the client's request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or the client's consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

OVB Allfinanz, a.s. processes personal data in accordance with its own privacy policy, which the client can review at www.ovb.cz.

Apart from OVB Allfinanz, a.s., we do not provide clients' personal data to any other third parties, except in cases where we are required to do so by law (e.g. to state administration authorities).

8. Data Subject Rights

You have the right to:

• access to your personal data
• correction or deletion of data
• restriction of processing
• data portability
• object to processing
• file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority

9. Photography and Event Recordings

By participating in our workshops, training or events, you acknowledge that photographs or video recordings may be taken for documentation and promotional purposes. If you do not agree, please contact us before the event.
