Terms of Service

1. Introductory Provisions

These terms of service govern the rights and obligations between Herite Holding, with registered office at Politických vězňů 5, 110 00 Prague 1 (hereinafter "provider"), and clients (hereinafter "customer") when providing the provider's services.

2. Provider's Services

The provider offers in particular:

• comprehensive financial consulting (insurance, investments, mortgages, retirement planning)
• services in the field of investment properties (workshops, individual consultations, property search, profitability analysis)
• mentoring and support for starting a business in finance

3. Order and Contract Conclusion

• Customer contacts the provider via email office@herite.cz
• Provider sends a price quote or order proposal to the customer
• Order is binding after written confirmation by the customer (by email)
• Contractual relationship arises upon confirmation of the order by the provider

4. Price and Payment Terms

• Service price is stated in the invoice
• Invoice has a payment term of 7 days, unless otherwise stated
• Bank details: Raiffeisenbank a.s., account no. 0087659990/5500, IBAN: CZ8655000000000087659990

5. Cancellation Terms

• Customer may cancel participation in a workshop or consultation at least 7 days before the service, in such case has the right to reschedule to another date
• When cancelling less than 7 days in advance, the right to reschedule expires
• Money is not refunded, provider allows using the service at an alternative date

6. Complaints and Liability

• Provider is responsible for providing the service professionally and with due care
• In case of dissatisfaction, customer may file a complaint to office@herite.cz
• Complaint will be resolved within 30 days

7. Personal Data Protection

Customer personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at herite.cz.

8. Final Provisions

• These terms of service are valid from August 1, 2025
• Provider reserves the right to change them, with the current version always available on the website
• All contractual relationships are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic
