    The portfolio we work from keeps growing, and we choose client offers with the same discipline we use to build it. No promises, just numbers: for every property you see the real rent and the real repayment, and for every strategy, concrete steps in a concrete order.

    Why
    we do this

    Herite didn't start as an idea on paper. It grew out of a path its founder walked himself.

    Oldřich Turner started out in finance in 2010, with no portfolio and no capital, with a single goal: to understand how money actually works.

    In 2014 he led his own team of advisors. In 2018 he became regional director for OVB Allfinanz. And in 2020 he took the step that changed the direction of his whole career: he bought his first investment flat.

    From that point on he stopped being just an advisor who talks about investing and became an investor who lives by his own numbers. He paid for every mistake on the way to today's portfolio himself, and decided his clients shouldn't have to pay for that lesson too.

    That decision is what became Herite: a company that turns the knowledge and contacts one person built up into a repeatable process for anyone who wants to invest smart.

    We know who pays us, and we'll tell you. On financing, we work with OVB Allfinanz, a.s. and dozens of vetted banks whose products we broker. The choice of product is always yours. For the financial advice itself you pay nothing directly: the advisor is paid a commission by the partner institution, not by you. For property brokerage it's the opposite: you pay our fee, clearly and transparently, as part of the cost of sourcing and negotiating the deal.

    A free call first, a decision only after. We start with a no-obligation 30-minute call: no pressure, just an honest look at your situation. A paid consultation comes only once you know it makes sense, and it has a concrete output: a plan, a model, contacts.

    Herite is a brand under which several operating companies work today: the property and advisory side is run by Namo Buddha s.r.o., the specialist firms Cihla k cihle s.r.o. and HypoGarant s.r.o. handle the related real-estate and finance work, and founder Oldřich Turner operates as a sole trader and regional director for OVB Allfinanz, a.s., through which financing is brokered.
